You may feel confident and capable in many areas of your life. But relationships can bring up fears, wounds, and insecurities that you may not always know how to navigate.
You want to feel close, understood, and secure. But when you feel hurt, unseen, or uncertain, you may find yourself overthinking, making assumptions, becoming critical, withdrawing, or trying to control what happens next. You may know that you want to respond differently, while still feeling caught in the same patterns.
Blessed Relationships is a comprehensive six-month marriage program designed to help you understand what is happening beneath those patterns and learn how to approach your relationships with greater clarity, wisdom, and emotional stability.
Together, we explore your needs, assumptions, attachment patterns, communication, conflict resolution, gratitude, boundaries, and the spiritual realities that can affect your relationships, including ruqyah.
Throughout the program, we return to one essential foundation: your marriage is an act of worship.
This means learning to bring your fears, needs, reactions, and decisions back to the guidance of Allah subhanahu wa taâala. It means recognizing where an old wound may be shaping your response, while also learning to acknowledge real concerns and address them with honesty, self-respect, and taqwÄ.
Whether you are preparing for marriage or seeking to strengthen the marriage you already have, this work will help you understand yourself more deeply and show up in your relationships with greater awareness and intention.

About Your Coach
Iâm Umm Yahya (Binta), a Qurâan educator and certified relationship and mindset coach. I am also trained in Islamic coaching through ADWAM and have been supporting Muslim women for more than ten years.
My understanding of marriage is not purely academic. Through my own life experiences and nearly fourteen years in my current marriage (TabarakAllah), I have come to understand the beauty of marriage, the challenges that can arise within it, and the emotional and spiritual work it asks of us.
I understand how past wounds, unmet needs, assumptions, and protective patterns can influence the way we relate to our spouses. I also know that meaningful change requires more than relationship advice. We need the willingness to understand ourselves honestly, take responsibility for how we show up, and return to the guidance of Allah subhanahu wa taâala.
In my work, I bring together Qurâanic guidance, relationship and mindset coaching, attachment work, and practical tools to help women approach marriage with greater clarity, self-awareness, compassion, and taqwÄ.
My role is not to tell you that every difficulty is your fault or that every problem can be solved by changing your mindset. My role is to help you recognize what is yours to work on, understand what may be happening beneath your reactions, and address your relationships with honesty, wisdom, and self-respect.
BiâidhnillÄh, this journey will equip you with the awareness and practical tools to build a marriage in which you can grow, love, communicate, and worship Allah subhanahu wa taâala with greater clarity and intention. đ
Your sister, Binta Umm Yahya

What surprised me; something new I learnt: in the module on spiritual sicknesses; recognizing symptoms that happen when there is sihr and protecting ourselves from it.
My favorite part: I can list 2
- At the very beginning, in the fundamentals. Being reminded that our marriage is an act of worship, not just something that happened and we live day by day trying to get by. I knew it at the back of my head, but I didnât really make this a recurrent reminder in my mind to inform my mindset and attitude. It has greatly improved my mood and my wellbeing in general, as well as my closeness and hope in Allah.
- The conflict resolution exercise âin his shoesâ.
It changes our perspective and increases compassion and kindness in our dealing with our spouse.
Many times we focus on our rights. Being reminded of our obligations and refocusing on Allahâs satisfaction will make a world of difference for women in a marriage.

Sister Awa
This course was a beautiful and timely journey ma sha Allah! Jazakillah khayr!
I think it will be really helpful for sisters who are not yet married to build those tools and skills and resources.Â
I used to think I was great at communication, but I realized that communicating with yourself is a completely different skill. The class helped me see how important that inner dialogue is, especially when it comes to managing expectations and navigating the shift from the courting phase to the marriage phase, which are two very different worlds.
I really benefited from  the whole aspect of conflict resolution and then having to put yourself in the shoes of the other and being the third person was really beneficial.Â
My favorite part was about the spiritual sickness and its impact in marriages.
Iâve always been a very rational person. I like to understand the reasons behind everything. The topic of the unseen was something I used to struggle to fully grasp, even though I knew what the Qurâan and the Prophet  taught about it. But this class helped me connect the dots. It gave me the understanding, awareness, and practical tools to protect myself and my marriage from things that are part of the unseen, even those I may not fully comprehend.â
I definitely recommend this program and have already shared the link with a few friends of mine.
Sister H.
This course is one of the best investments I have made so far in life, I can feel itâŚ
I was surprised by the following:
i. How much conflict comes from not seeing the other person point of view;
ii. I loved how freely/honestly sisters shared and it helped me too to see that no marriage is perfect.
What resonated with me A LOT was to constantly ask, âwhy am I doing thisââŚ
it is easy to forget everyday that marriage is also an act of ibadat. like I told you, I came to it with a very traditional understanding based on my Nigerien/Hausa/zarma upbringing + on the other end, a very western-centric understanding which didnât make sense to me.
I am finding a better compass in my articulation of what it ought to be and can be.
Grateful for it.
Sister Asta
I learned a lot with this course and it made me see things differently when it comes to marriage. Alhamdulillah I was able to do many of the exercises with my husband.Â
I definitely recommend it and have started sharing and encouraging some of my friends and relatives to attend it either in a group or one on one ؼ٠شاإ اŮŮŮ .
Sister Aisha
Alhamdulillah This Blessed Relationship Coaching was full of gems. Filling my own cup is one of the major takeaways for me.Â
Yaruwa, may Allah reward you and increase you in goodness upon goodness.
