Taking a Step Towards the Free You
This is a 3-month, 1:1 coaching journey for Muslim women who are tired of the cycle — trying harder with their deen, still feeling like it’s not enough.
If praying, reading Qur’an, or truly trusting Allah feels heavy, inconsistent, or shame-filled more often than peaceful, this program is for you.
Together, we’ll raise awareness around what’s really driving those patterns, then use coaching tools and Islamic strategies to reprogram what’s underneath them, so you can experience the freedom that’s already meant for you.
Topics we go over in this package:
• Limiting beliefs / core wounds
• Attachment styles
• Personality needs and how to meet them
• Communication skills
• Names of Allah
• Concepts of tawheed
• Tadabbur
• Self-ruqyah
All of this works together to liberate you from the insecurities holding you back and to equip you to move forward without the shackles of shaytan’s influence, low self-esteem, and negative self-talk.
What’s Included:
• Weekly 1:1 sessions for 3 months (12 sessions total)
• 3 monthly payments of $507
FAQ
Is this therapy?
No. Freedom Coaching is a coaching program, not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment. We do explore attachment styles, core wounds, and patterns — but through a coaching and Islamic framework focused on awareness, mindset shifts, and practical tools, not clinical diagnosis or treatment. If you’re currently working with a therapist, this program can complement that work beautifully.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens, and we’ll work together to find a rhythm that fits your schedule. Sessions require at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Sessions cancelled with short notice or without notice will count as a completed session, except in cases of genuine emergency.
How do I know if this is the right fit for me?
If you’re tired of the cycle of fear, shame, and self-doubt — and you’re ready to actually do the work, not just learn about it — this is for you. If you have questions before enrolling, feel free to reach out at [email protected] first.
Say yes. Take the step. Bi idhnillah, this is where freedom begins.
